All Hands Meeting is a lecture performance I originally wrote to perform within E.S.P. TV's Work installation at Pioneer Works in Brooklyn NY.
I play a quasi-synthetic corporate manager speaking to a group of new "interns" (the audience), briefing them on surreal new "strategic initiatives" they'll shortly be tasked with working on. The piece maps the power dynamics of corporatism into those of digital platforms, where consent is compulsatory, as well as into the implicit social contracts inherent to live performances on stage.
All Hands Meeting was later translated into French by Olivier Mathieu and performed, with live subtitles and video feedback, at Montévidéo in Marseille.
